DRIP was founded in 2006 after a successful collaborative performance at the Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival Gala between Art Director & Choreographer Jessica Mariko and Art Director & Visual Artist Marla Mirabal. The two artists gathered a family of passionate creators and founded a performance art company that combines Performing Arts and Visual Arts.

During performances, dancers create and often become visual art themselves by blending movement, music, artistic mediums and props. DRIP has incorporated paint, charcoal, sand, powder, fabric, culinary arts, black light paints, projected liquid light and more. DRIP's creators are driven by inspiration and have been recognized for compelling sensory-stimulated events, shows, and atmosphere that excite and move audiences.

DRIP specializes in customizing performance art installations. We create areas of themed life size art that "wows" audiences when it comes alive with music, dance, and interactivity.

DRIP has performed along side Cirque du Soleil and Blue Man Group at the 4th Annual Red Chair Affair as well as Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival, Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, Playground Magazine Launch, Wayne Dench Arts Center, Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre, Create Chaos International Conference, 2008 WWE WrestleMania kick-off event and more.

THE CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY DANCE DRIP is an artist-in-residence at The Center For Contemporary Dance, making them one of six professional companies rehearsing and producing work out of The Center in Central Florida.
